Due to continued growth and expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Visual Merchandising Planner to join a busy Head Office team in Plymouth.

About the Role

  • Develop and communicate planograms and merchandising guides that support business objectives and drive sales.
  • Ensure merchandising packs are clear, practical, and easy for store teams to implement.
  • Utilise micro space planning software and data reports to analyse, design, and deliver commercially viable and visually appealing merchandising packs.
  • Work collaboratively with Floor Planning, Buying, and Data Analysis teams.
  • Undertake occasional store visits to support reviews and assist with new store openings.
  • Report to the Team Leader and Head of Department as part of a dedicated merchandising team producing timely and accurate merchandising guides.
  • Take full responsibility for maintaining plans for assigned departments.

Skills & Experience

  • Commercial and/or retail experience (visual merchandising advantageous).
  • Methodical, thorough, accurate, and numerate approach.
  • Creative flair, passion, and ability to use own initiative.
  • Knowledge of planograms (advantageous).
  • Excellent PC skills, including:
  • Windows & Microsoft Office
  • Photoshop or InDesign (or equivalent)
  • Micro space planning design software (advantageous).
