The Role
As an Account Coordinator, you\’ll take ownership of a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring an outstanding client experience from order to delivery. This is a key role where you\’ll be the main point of contact for customers, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processes and timely solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of customer account coordination and support
- Provide regular order updates and handle any customer queries or issues
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure seamless order flow
- Process orders, transactions, and related documentation
- Proactively engage with customers to build strong, lasting relationships
- Carry out general administrative support as required
About You
- Proven background in customer service or account coordination
- Experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment is desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint essential)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience using SAP is advantageous but not essential
- A proactive, customer-focused attitude with strong attention to detail
