The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

We are looking for a Compliance Administrator in Saltash to join our client who are a global leader in their sector. In this role, you will manage key internal compliance documents, support product documentation, help prepare for audits and collaborate with internal teams. This would suit an experienced administrator, preferably with a compliance background. This will be a permanent opportunity will be on-site 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Management of the internal systems documentation such as ISO documentation, internal procedures, risk assessments and forms.
  • Document Control.
  • Support documentation updates for product design, development and production functions.
  • Play a key role in preparing for annual external audits by organising documentation and assisting with the audit process.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of proven Administration experience in an office-based environment.
  • Comfortable working with multiple teams across the business.
  • Strict sense of confidentiality.

Desirable:

  • Experience as an ISO internal auditor, IOSH certified and working with HSE documentation.
  • Experience working in a ISO certified company.
