About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Carpenter / Multi-Trader to join our busy insurance reinstatement team, completing all aspects of Carpentry on residential properties damaged by fire, flood, and other insured events. You will work across homes in the Epping/East London area, carrying out high-quality repair and reinstatement works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carpenter by trade or vast experience as Multi Trade
- General building works
- Assessing and repairing external fire and flood damage
- Working safely and professionally in both occupied and unoccupied properties
- Communicating clearly with homeowners, loss adjusters, and project managers
- Completing works to insurance standards and within agreed timelines
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a general builder/ multi-trader or Carpenter
- Strong 1st & 2nd Fix background
- Full UK driving licence
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
