Shift Leader

Are you a hands on, experienced Manufacturing Shift Leader driven by Continuous Improvement and leading production teams to hit KPIs, in turn ensuring in on time delivery of products to customers? If so, we would like to hear from you! We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Shift Leader to oversee all production activities on the shop floor during assigned shifts, and function as the primary point of contact for employees to promote a culture of safety and accountability. You will support in managing key aspects of production including Health and Safety, Staffing, Work in progress, scrap control and coordination of support functions. Key Role Responsibilities will include: Collaborate closely with the Resourcing Team to ensure effective shift handovers and with Value Stream Leads to communicate updates on production performance, equipment issues and any other issues. Support with unforseen manning issues. Support Resource with absence management as and when required. KPI Management including scrap and WIP. Maintain and improve 5S.
