Due to our clients continued growth and ongoing success, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities and Maintenance Admin Assistant to join our team at our Head Office in Plymouth.
About the Role
As a key member of our Facilities team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our offices and operations run smoothly. You'll manage maintenance workflows, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with contractors and internal teams to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately inputting data into internal systems (e.g. compliance certificates, quotes, invoices)
- Logging and tracking maintenance jobs using our internal platform
- Communicating with stores and contractors to coordinate timely work completion
- Verifying contractor job lists and ensuring all tasks are finalised
- Troubleshooting issues and finding effective solutions for all stakeholders
