TQ Lettings is a rapidly growing letting agency based in Altrincham, operating across the wider North West. As we scale our portfolio, we're looking for a driven and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join the team and grow with us. For the right person, there is a genuine opportunity to progress as the business expands.

This is a full end-to-end lettings role. In addition to lettings, you will carry out property inspections, inventories, check-ins, and check-outs across our managed portfolio. This role involves a significant amount of driving to appointments across the North West, so a full UK driving licence and comfort with regular travel is essential.

This role includes working every other Saturday, with a day off in lieu during the week.

  • Carrying out property inspections, inventories, check-ins, and check-outs.
  • Maintaining accurate records across our property management system.
  • Previous lettings experience (this is a must).
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Confident on the phone and in person.
  • Good working knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance.
  • Proficient in property management software or CRM systems.
  • Previous lettings experience in the North West.
