About the Role

Are you a visionary architect with deep ServiceNow expertise and a passion for enabling enterprise-scale transformation?

We are hiring a Senior Solution Architect. This is a rare opportunity to influence platform strategy and architectural direction from the ground up, working alongside some of the sharpest minds in the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Focused on the most advanced areas of the platform, including ITX, CSM, Automation, and Agentic AI, you will own architecture across major programmes, guiding clients through complex decisions and ensuring alignment with strategic business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Innovation – Shape platform strategy and lead the architectural vision across multi-domain implementations, aligning to business goals.

Solution Oversight – Ensure design integrity, scalability, and alignment with best practices across pre-sales and delivery.

Client Leadership – Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, bridging business requirements with platform capability to drive value.

Governance & Improvement – Lead platform governance, design standards, and continuous improvement to unlock long-term value.

Team Development – Mentor and support high-performing onshore and offshore architecture teams to build internal capability.

What We’re Looking For

You are a technically strong, commercially aware architect with the ability to lead transformation initiatives and engage senior clients with confidence. You bring deep ServiceNow platform knowledge and the ability to translate architecture into business value.

Key Competencies

• Architectural Authority – CMA or CTA preferred, with expert-level ServiceNow platform knowledge
• Strategic Thinking – Ability to connect architecture to business outcomes, commercial models, and long-term value
• Stakeholder Communication – Clear, confident communicator who can distil technical complexity into strategic narratives
• Leadership & Influence – Natural leader and coach, with the ability to guide diverse teams and influence direction at the senior level
• Innovation-Driven – Passion for emerging platform capabilities including AI, Automation, and Next-Gen Experiences

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years in architecture or senior solution design roles, with a strong focus on ServiceNow
• Demonstrable success in enterprise digital transformation programmes
• Experience leading technical governance and end-to-end solution ownership
• Strong stakeholder presence, especially with CxO and SVP-level audiences
• Experience managing offshore/onshore delivery teams
• ServiceNow certifications (CMA, CTA) highly desirable
• Must be able to provide strong references from previous enterprise-level engagements
