We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead architecture and platform design across complex enterprise programmes, with a strong focus on Finance, Procurement, and Global Business Services (GBS).
This role combines hands-on architectural leadership with senior stakeholder engagement, guiding platform strategy, governance, and delivery across large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture across Finance, Procurement, and GBS initiatives.
- Own platform design, standards, and technical governance across pre-sales and delivery.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, best-practice ServiceNow solutions.
