We are seeking a Vice President (VP) to lead complex ServiceNow and enterprise transformation engagements while supporting strategic account growth. This role combines programme delivery leadership, senior stakeholder engagement, and commercial oversight. The successful candidate will operate as a senior client-facing advisor, responsible for guiding programme direction, ensuring delivery excellence, and supporting the expansion of client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead large or multi-workstream transformation programmes
- Provide senior stakeholder management across business and technology leadership
- Drive programme governance including scope, delivery quality, and risk management
- Partner with architects and delivery leaders to shape scalable solution approaches
- Ensure delivery outcomes align with client objectives and programme commitments
- Oversee Managers and consulting teams across programme workstreams
- Support opportunity shaping and contribute to engagement expansion
- Maintain strong commercial awareness including programme economics and delivery performance
Qualifications
- Proven leadership of complex ServiceNow or enterprise transformation programmes
- Strong consulting background with significant client-facing delivery responsibility
- Experience managing senior stakeholders across business and technology functions
- Demonstrated ability to govern multi-stream delivery programmes
- Strong understanding of enterprise service management and transformation initiatives
- Experience leading consulting teams and delivery structures
Required Skills
- Multi-module ServiceNow experience (e.g. ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, IRM)
- Experience within Global Business Services (GBS) or shared services transformation
- Exposure to AI-enabled or automation-led transformation initiatives
- Experience working with distributed or offshore delivery teams
Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CIS beneficial)
- ITIL v4
