We are seeking a VP-level Solution Architect to lead pre‐sales solutioning and technical strategy across ServiceNow and enterprise transformation opportunities. This role combines solution architecture, client engagement, and commercial support, operating as a senior technical advisor during the sales lifecycle. The successful candidate will shape complex transformation solutions, support deal conversion, and ensure alignment between client requirements and scalable ServiceNow architectures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead solution architecture and technical strategy across pre‐sales engagements
  • Engage senior client stakeholders to understand requirements and shape solutions
  • Translate business challenges into scalable ServiceNow architectures and proposals
  • Support bid responses, RFPs, and proposal development
  • Partner with Account Executives and leadership to drive deal conversion
  • Define target architectures, solution designs, and implementation approaches
  • Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and platform capabilities
  • Support estimation, solution costing, and commercial structuring of deals
  • Contribute to go‐to‐market development and offering refinement

Required Experience

  • Proven experience in ServiceNow solution architecture within consulting environments
  • Strong experience supporting pre‐sales, bids, and solution shaping
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders (business & technology)
  • Strong understanding of multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, IRM)
  • Experience working across complex, multi‐workstream transformation programmes
  • Experience within ServiceNow partner or consulting organisations
  • Exposure to Global Business Services (GBS) or operating model transformation
  • Experience with AI‐enabled capabilities (Now Assist, automation, virtual agents)
  • Experience working in enterprise sales environments and deal shaping

Certifications (Beneficial)

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (or working towards)
