TQ IMA is a Global Business Services (GBS) and ServiceNow transformation consultancy. We help large organisations change how they deliver services across IT, HR, Finance and Procurement, using ServiceNow and AI to make those services faster, cheaper and easier to use. Our clients are global enterprises in sectors including financial services, energy, manufacturing, consumer goods and pharmaceuticals, and we work across the UK, Europe and the US.
The firm was founded and is led by former partners and senior leaders from Deloitte, KPMG and EY, alongside practitioners from ServiceNow itself. They built and ran some of the largest shared services and GBS programmes in the market. We offer that calibre of thinking without the cost structure or the junior-heavy delivery of a large consultancy. TQ IMA is an official partner of ServiceNow, Moveworks and Anthropic.
What sets us apart:
- Most ServiceNow partners are technology implementers. We start with the business. Every engagement pairs functional experts, people who have run finance, HR and procurement operations, with platform specialists. The process gets designed properly before it’s automated.
- We’re also ahead on AI. Our Agentic AI Launchpad is a library of pre-built AI agents for ServiceNow and Moveworks, covering areas such as employee service, knowledge quality, onboarding and invoice handling. It takes clients from AI ambition to a governed, live pilot in 8 to 12 weeks.
What this means for you:
You’ll be selling a differentiated proposition into senior buyers, with a credible AI story at a time when most organisations are still working out what to do with it. You’ll have direct access to the founders and our CTO on pursuits, and a real say in how the business grows.
Job Summary:
We’re looking for an Account Executive to win new enterprise clients for TQ IMA. You’ll own a set of target accounts end to end: researching them, opening the conversation, shaping the opportunity and closing it. You’ll sell into senior buyers in IT, Finance, HR and GBS, often in organisations that already run ServiceNow but aren’t yet getting full value from it or from AI.
This isn’t a role for selling licences or reading from a script. Our buyers are experienced, and many already have capable internal teams. You’ll need to understand their operation well enough to spot where we can make a real difference, then bring in our founders, CTO and functional experts to prove it.
What you’ll do:
- Build and work a pipeline of enterprise accounts in our growth sectors, from first contact to signed contract.
- Run discovery with senior stakeholders, and turn what you learn into focused propositions, often starting with our Agentic AI Launchpad or a GBS diagnostic.
- Lead pursuits with our delivery leaders, including proposals, RFP responses and commercial negotiation.
- Develop routes to market with ServiceNow, Moveworks and Anthropic account teams, and with our consulting and reseller partners.
- Help get supplier onboarding and procurement through at large, regulated clients.
- Keep forecasting and CRM accurate, and feed what you hear from the market back into our propositions.
What we’re looking for:
- A track record of winning new business in enterprise software or professional services, ideally in the ServiceNow ecosystem or a related field such as ITSM, HR or finance technology, or GBS and shared services.
- Comfort selling services and outcomes rather than product, through long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Enough curiosity about AI and enterprise operations to hold a credible conversation with a platform owner or a GBS leader.
- The ability to work without a large support structure, to build your own pipeline, and to bring the right people in at the right time.
Required Competencies & Qualifications:
- Strategic Advisory / Executive Challenge: Have the leadership attributes, executive presence and gravitas to engage with stakeholders of all levels – and represent the opportunity potential of TQ IMA solutions.
- Subject Matter Expertise & Thought Leadership: A passion and knowledge of the ServiceNow or Shared Services ecosystem. Offering continued experience informed perspectives that add value to clients and people.
- Deal Shaping & Commercial Constructs: Proven track record of shaping creative deal structures that represent value to all parties and growth revenue and margin for the business.
- Interpersonal Skills & Emotional Intelligence: Have an awareness of yourself and the positive influence you can create with others. Create strength through friendships & relationships and tailor your style to varied circumstances.
- Communication & Engagement Skills: Deliver clear messaging, simplifying nuanced and complex ideas into easy to consume and value based / business outcome aligned narratives.
- Business Development Expertise: Provide a deep level of experienced led knowledge in business development and sales lifecycle to create and manage a high performing sales organisation.
- Entrepreneurial & Growth Mindset: Have a flare for opportunity, creativity and solving clients’ challenges, Experience in bringing these together to create compelling value offerings.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 10 + Years experience in similar roles
- Industry Experience: Expert working knowledge of services business development with ServiceNow or Shared Services / GBS
