Are you a commercially driven leader with a passion for driving strategic growth and building trusted client relationships? We are looking for a Business Development Director / Go-To-Market Director / Sales Leader to lead and scale our ServiceNow sales and partnership strategy within the GBS (Global Business Services) context. This is a high-impact role for an ambitious, well-networked professional ready to shape and grow a leading digital transformation consultancy.

You will take full ownership of our go-to-market strategy, from lead generation and relationship building through to presales, deal shaping and conversion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Opportunity Identification & Qualification – Identify and qualify new business opportunities aligned with our strategic vision, and target high-potential clients in the ServiceNow space.
  • Sales Lifecycle Fulfilment – Lead the full sales cycle, from presales engagement through to closing, ensuring smooth handover and accountability across teams.
  • Customer Data Management – Ensure the accuracy and strategic use of our CRM to support intelligent and insight-driven sales decisions.
  • Alliance & Relationship Management – Own and strengthen our strategic partnership with ServiceNow, acting as the main interface with account and solution sales teams.
  • Reselling & Market Channels – Drive additional revenue via new channels, including reselling, licensing, and expanding into new geographies.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship – Lead by example, coaching and developing other business development professionals as the team scales.
  • Quality, Risk & Change Management – Anticipate and manage commercial and delivery risks, adapting our approach as needed for success.
What We’re Looking For

You are an entrepreneurial sales leader with strong ServiceNow ecosystem knowledge, a sharp commercial acumen, and a proven ability to build relationships that convert. You’re equally comfortable in the boardroom and on the front lines of client engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or GTM strategy roles
  • Strong network within the ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Must be able to provide strong references from previous roles
