- Agile Delivery Leadership – Work across delivery teams to plan sprints, prioritise features, and shape solution roadmaps.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Build trusted relationships with business and technical leaders, aligning project goals with strategic outcomes.
- Change Enablement – Champion adoption by supporting communications, training, and change activities.
- Performance Measurement – Define KPIs, track success metrics, and continuously refine the transformation strategy.
What We’re Looking For
You’re a strong communicator with a consulting mindset, comfortable operating in dynamic client environments. You have a track record of shaping and delivering digital initiatives, ideally with a focus on AI adoption, workflow automation, or platform implementation. You’re also excited to bring structure, creativity, and thought leadership to complex transformation challenges.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 4–6 years of experience in transformation consulting, strategy, or digital delivery roles
- Proven experience supporting or leading enterprise transformation programmes
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms (ServiceNow strongly preferred), including exposure to tools like Now Assist or Virtual Agent
- Solid grasp of agile methodologies, product delivery cycles, and user story development
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to build compelling presentations and business cases
- Passion for emerging tech and its practical application in enterprise settings
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Certifications such as ITIL, Agile (Scrum), or Lean Six Sigma
- Experience in Big 4 or top-tier consulting environments is a plus
