Overview
We’re looking for a digitally savvy Transformation Consultant or Analyst to support the design and delivery of AI-enabled business and ServiceNow transformation programmes. You will work across the full lifecycle of strategic change projects—from business analysis and process improvement to operating model design, agile delivery, and adoption support. The role offers a unique opportunity to grow within a consulting environment while developing expertise in modern enterprise platforms and AI-powered solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support operating model assessments and help define future-state processes enabled by ServiceNow and automation
- Conduct stakeholder workshops, map current workflows, and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to translate business needs into user stories and solution designs
- Assist with sprint planning, backlog refinement, and agile project tracking
- Explore and contribute to use cases for AI tools like Now Assist or Virtual Agent to improve service delivery
- Create training materials, support change initiatives, and promote successful adoption of digital solutions
- Track performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement across transformation initiatives
Skills & Experience
- 2–8 years’ experience in business analysis, transformation consulting, or digital delivery roles
- Exposure to SaaS platforms (ServiceNow strongly preferred), with a passion for AI and emerging tech
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working in agile teams and supporting end-to-end delivery cycles
- Ability to document processes, create training content, and communicate insights clearly
- Certifications: ITIL, Agile (Scrum), Lean Six Sigma, or Business Analysis certifications preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
