About The Role Reporting to the Senior People Business Partner, the People Executive is a brilliant addition to TPXimpacts multidisciplinary People Team.
Acting as the first point of contact for the business, this role ensures the smooth execution of day-to-day people processes while providing an opportunity to gain great exposure to varied projects in a fast-paced environment.
As a proactive problem solver with a pragmatic approach, this individual is passionate about process improvement and delivering outstanding service to our employees.
By building strong relationships and acting as a dependable resource, they play a key role in ensuring the integrity of our people's data and enhancing the overall employee experience.
From managing the employee life cycle and payroll collation to advising on absence and benefits, the People Executive is involved in every fundamental process.
Working closely with People Business Partners, they also assist with employee relations and exciting ad hoc projects, including salary reviews, as we continue to grow.
