Responsibilities

  • We lead the delivery of multiple complex projects aligned to business objectives and Agile best practice.
  • We develop and grow our Product capability and product mindset.
  • We influence senior client stakeholders with recommended product management direction.
  • We mentor and support Senior Product Managers and promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • We engage clients, senior management, and internal stakeholders to align on goals and expectations.
  • We identify, assess, and manage risks and issues, putting mitigation plans in place.
  • We plan and allocate resources effectively and ensure teams are adequately staffed.
  • We promote and implement Agile methodologies and continuous improvement across delivery teams.
  • We track and report on project performance, providing regular updates to partners and project sponsors.
  • We ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • We drive improvements in delivery processes, tools, and techniques.
  • We support the professional development of product managers and senior product managers.
  • We represent and champion our delivery principles internally and externally.
  • We maintain and update our skills and knowledge to stay current in our field.
  • We may help manage team rhythms and rituals, support project resourcing and quality control, and contribute to sales activity.
