About The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to operate within TPXimpact's commercial and procurement function as our business continues to scale and mature. This role requires strong stakeholder and contract management skills. TPXimpact has acquired a series of digital transformation businesses since 2018. The process to consolidate those businesses into a single brand started in 2021. The acquisitive strategy has created a scaled, multi-disciplined professional services business with a complex and varied contracting landscape. We are now bringing this together under a set of consistent standards to manage our business relationships with suppliers and clients more effectively. TPXimpact has circa 250 live client relationships which are split circa 95:5 between public sector and private sector. Reporting to the Head of Commercial
