You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle from attraction through to onboarding, including initial screening and structured assessments across a varied portfolio of vacancies. This role sits within a wider collaborative People team, offering a fantastic opportunity to contribute to TPXimpacts cross-capability growth.
Responsibilities
- Lifecycle Management: Manage full-cycle recruitment workflows across a diverse portfolio of vacancies spanning Design (e.g., Product, Interaction, Service Design), Delivery (e.g., Agile Delivery, Product Management), Technology (e.g., Engineering, Architecture, Testing), and Data (e.g., Analytics, Data Science).
- Assessment: Screen, interview, and assess candidates effectively against predefined business, technical, and practice-specific requirements.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, GDPR-compliant recruitment data, applicant tracking pipelines, and analytics within the ATS (ePloy) and HR systems.
- Sourcing: Execute proactive sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter outreach, and passive candidate engagement across different disciplines to effectively pitch the benefits of TPXimpact. xgikmsk
- Talent Pipelining: Support the maintenance of robust talent pools and pipelines for critical, frequently hired digital roles.
