About The Role As a Strategy Principal Consultant specialising in Change and Transformation, you will help to shape and head up our strategic consulting proposition within Manifesto playing a critical role in guiding clients through complex digital and data transformation initiatives. Reporting to the Strategy and Innovation Director, you will leverage your expertise in digital and data transformation frameworks, organisational change, and change management methodologies to help clients achieve measurable outcomes such as enhanced digital and data maturity, improved platform utilisation, and greater organisational effectiveness. Ideally you will bring expertise and experience in the Not-for-Profit (NFP) sector, this role allows you to work across other sectors, including Membership, Visitor attractions, Higher education and aligned commercial clients.
