TPXimpact seeks a Senior Design Researcher to lead and deliver design research across client teams, contributing to DT Ways and the mission. You'll work within multidisciplinary groups, mentoring others and helping to shape TPXimpact's design practice.
You will embed research methods across projects, adapt to client cultures, ensure GDPR compliance, and support business development through proposals and pitches. Hybrid working with weekly office presence in Leeds, London or Manchester is typical.
