Are you a creative designer looking to make a difference? TPT is seeking a Graphic Designer to deliver engaging visual content across print, digital, and video platforms.
You will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with teams across TPT to design and produce compelling assets, shape the TPT brand, and ensure accessible communications.
- Creating assets for business, consumer and internal audiences.
- Designing engaging visual and dynamic content for print, digital, and video, including reports, presentations, banners, social media, and brochures.
- Producing videos from concept to completion—filming, editing, and final production.
- Advising and supporting on inclusive, accessible design and best practices.
- Creating graphics, animation, and data visualizations (graphs, charts, infographics, iconography).
- Supporting creative briefs and collaborating on ideas and impactful designs.
- Maintaining brand consistency and communicating updates with stakeholders.
- Coordinating with creative agencies when needed.
- Staying current with design trends.
- Ability to manage workflow and prioritisation using relevant project management software.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Applicants should possess a higher education qualification or degree in Graphic Design or a closely related subject. Alternatively, equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- Proven experience in graphic design (print and digital) and video production.
- Ability to create animation, motion graphics, and accessible content.
- Experienced in using a broad range of graphic design systems and technologies.
- Strong communication and teamworking skills, able to manage third party creative agencies.
- Possess a collaborative and innovative approach.
- Able to evidence working to brand guidelines.
- Experience of stakeholder management and workload prioritisation.
- Having experience of working in an in-house marketing team would be desirable.
