TPT is seeking a proactive Compliance Officer to help drive our vision, Business Plan, and values. You will play a key role in ensuring we meet all legal and regulatory obligations, supporting and improving our compliance frameworks, and making sure every employee understands their responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain our compliance framework.
  • Ensure staff are aware of legal and regulatory duties (Pensions Law, UK GDPR, Data Protection Act, FCA).
  • Maintain regulatory policies and review external communications.
  • Deliver regulatory training and competency programmes.
  • Support compliance monitoring and reporting.
  • Track regulatory changes and support consultation responses.
  • Collaborate across teams to manage compliance risks.
  • Provide technical support and liaise with regulators.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a compliance role within a regulatory pensions environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Pensions Regulation, FCA Handbook, UK GDPR, and Data Protection Act 2018.
  • Proven experience working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including attendance at committee/governance meetings.
  • Driven to stay updated on regulation.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to grow your expertise.
