You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the assessment of the financial strength of employers participating in TPT pension schemes.
- Delivering the annual Financial Assessment process for multi-employer schemes.
- Analyzing financial and non-financial data to identify risks and trends.
- Supporting covenant reviews, affordability assessments and valuations.
- Preparing reports and analysis for trustees, committees and internal stakeholders.
- Responding to financial assessment queries and managing the Client queries inbox.
- Maintaining covenant records and management information.
- Researching regulatory, economic and sector developments relevant to employer covenant.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience

- Currently studying financial qualifications or keen to begin studies (AAT, ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
- Commercially aware with a strong interest in finance, financial analysis or accounting.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good Excel skills and confidence working with data for report writing and monitoring of dashboards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to learn.
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of your work.
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
