TPT Retirement Solutions are seeking an experienced Product Owner to help drive the development of our Defined Contribution Pension Scheme and its systems, delivering clear business benefits through ongoing improvement. You will be responsible for:
- Delivery of a development team’s backlog, from discovery through delivery.
- Eliciting, documenting, and validating functional and non-functional requirements.
- Evaluating business and system data to inform decisions and identify improvements.
- Documenting and redesigning business processes to drive efficiency.
- Liaising between internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Supporting cross‑functional teams in developing and testing solutions.
- Creating supporting documents, including release notes and user training materials.
- Assisting the Product Manager in the delivery of the DC technology roadmap.
- Assisting the Platform Manager with root‑cause analysis of system issues.
