About the Role
Reporting to the TPS Area Sales Manager, the Business Development Manager (BDM) will be accountable for achieving sales targets and growing a loyal customer base across multiple TPS Centres. Delivering an exceptional customer experience is essential, as is being a brand and product expert.
- Sales
- Work with the ASM and TPS Centre Managers to create and deliver a sales strategy to increase sales revenues from mechanical customers while maintaining a loyal customer base.
- Achieve target KPIs and revenue objectives in your territory for key mechanical customers.
- Identify, secure, and develop new customer accounts within the territory.
- Ensure marketing initiatives are embedded and supported, monitoring the success of targeted customer sets, promotions, and campaigns.
- Present and report on sales and marketing activity versus performance.
- Utilise internal and external market data to understand potential sales opportunities within the customer base and territory.
