TPS provides independent garages and bodyshops with high-quality Genuine Parts and products to service and repair Volkswagen Group vehicles. TPS is part of the Volkswagen Group, which includes Audi, SEAT, Å KODA, Volkswagen passenger cars, and Commercial Vehicles. TPS operates a national network of Centres with a strong workforce and a management team focused on creating a motivating and inclusive workplace.

As a Parts Sales Executive, you will be working with the Sales Manager and team to deliver and achieve the business plan and sales objectives of the Centre. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving personal KPIs and revenue objectives with target customers.
  • Accurately identifying parts to meet customer sales requirements.
  • Utilising all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets.
  • Identifying and leveraging potential sales opportunities within the customer base.
  • Maintaining product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity.
  • Building strong working relationships with customers through regular contact.
  • Providing a high level of service to customers by understanding their requirements and providing expert advice.
  • Communicating timely with customers regarding their credit status.
  • Assisting and supporting the TPS Centre team to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Handling incoming calls and customer enquiries within KPIs.
  • Ensuring the proper use of all systems to search and order parts.
  • Completing all required documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Dealing with cash and credit card transactions in line with TPS Guidelines.

Essential Skills:

  • A self-starter with a proven track record in building strong relationships and achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Confident communicator with experience in a fast-paced and/or telesales environment.
  • Passion for providing a great customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A team player with the drive to achieve individual and sales targets.
