TPS is part of the Volkswagen Group, which includes Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Volkswagen passenger cars, and Commercial Vehicles. TPS has a national network of Centres with a 1,500-strong workforce and a management team that creates a motivating and inclusive workplace.

About the Role

Reporting to the TPS Area Sales Manager, the Business Development Manager (BDM) will be accountable for achieving sales targets and growing a loyal customer base. Delivering an exceptional customer experience is essential, as is being a brand and product expert.

  • Work with the ASM and TPS Centre Managers to create and deliver on a sales strategy to increase sales revenues from mechanical customers while maintaining a loyal customer base.
  • Achieve target KPIs and revenue objectives in your territory for key mechanical customers.
  • Identify, secure, and develop new customer accounts within the territory.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives are embedded and supported, and monitor the success of targeted customer sets, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Present and report on sales and marketing activity versus performance.
  • Utilise internal and external market data to understand potential sales opportunities within the customer base and territory.
