About the Role
Job Purpose: This role is pivotal as we aim to strengthen our market position, enhance customer engagement, and increase sales growth within the UK accident repair market.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Share insights and findings with the team to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with the Volkswagen Group head office team to develop and implement strategic plans for sales.
- Monitor progress against targets and adjust strategies as needed to ensure success.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, new products, and technologies to maintain expertise in the field.
- Act as a customer support function, assisting customers with enquiries, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Attend customer meetings, centre visits, and industry events to promote products and build relationships.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and strategy.
- Communicate regularly with the Volkswagen Group head office team, sharing updates, insights.
