TPS is part of the Volkswagen Group, which includes Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Volkswagen passenger cars, and Commercial Vehicles. TPS has a national network of Centres and a management team that creates a motivating and inclusive workplace.

As Sales Manager, reporting to the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for managing and motivating the Parts Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Lead, manage and motivate the Parts Sales Executive Team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance against set KPIs and take corrective action to ensure targets are met.
  • Plan and implement promotional activities and campaigns with the support of the Centre Manager.
  • Maintain product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 performance reviews to monitor individual KPIs and provide support where required.
  • Ensure the sales team is motivated through creative incentive schemes and rewards.
  • Provide and maintain an excellent level of service to customers via the team.
  • Monitor delivery schedules to help maintain and improve service levels.
  • Conduct business with integrity and professionalism.
  • Ensure proper use of all business systems throughout the team.
  • Ensure compliance with business standards and processes, financial, legal, warranty, and ethical guidelines.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of Sales Team management experience in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to lead, manage and motivate a team of Parts Sales Executives.
  • Passionate about providing a great customer service experience.
  • A confident communicator who can build strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.
  • High degree of IT literacy and proficient in MS Office.
  • Sales focused and results oriented.
  • A passion or interest in the automotive industry.
