TPS provides independent garages and bodyshops with high-quality Genuine Parts and products to service and repair Volkswagen Group vehicles. TPS is part of the Volkswagen Group, which includes Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Volkswagen passenger cars, and Commercial Vehicles. TPS operates a national network of Centres with a 1,500-strong workforce and a management team dedicated to creating a motivating and inclusive workplace.

As a Parts Sales Executive, you will be working with the Sales Manager and team to deliver and achieve the business plan and sales objectives of the Centre. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving personal KPIs and revenue objectives with target customers.
  • Accurately identifying parts to meet customer sales requirements.
  • Utilising all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets.
  • Identifying and leveraging potential sales opportunities within the customer base.
  • Maintaining product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity.
  • Building strong working relationships with customers through regular contact.
  • Providing a high level of service to customers by understanding their requirements and providing expert advice.
  • Communicating timely with customers regarding their credit status.
  • Assisting and supporting the TPS Centre team to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Handling incoming calls and customer enquiries within KPIs.
  • Ensuring the proper use of all systems to search and order parts.
  • Completing all required documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Dealing with cash and credit card transactions in line with TPS Guidelines.

Requirements:

  • A self-starter with a proven track record in building strong relationships and achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Confident communicator with experience in a fast-paced or telesales environment.
  • Passion for providing a great customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A team player with the drive to achieve individual and sales targets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
  • IT literate, preferably with a good working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • A passion for the automotive industry.
