Customer Service Move Coordinator – Cambridge Salary: Up to £30,000 Location: Cambridge – Fully Office Based Position: Permanent, Full Time Start Date: ASAP About the Role We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Move Coordinator to join an established and highly regarded removals and relocation business in Cambridge. This is very much a customer service and administration-focused role , so we’re looking for someone with a strong background in customer service, administration or coordination who takes pride in delivering an excellent customer experience. You’ll take ownership of customer moves from the initial booking through to completion, coordinating the various stages of the process and ensuring customers receive a professional and seamless service throughout. We’re looking for candidates with a stable employment history who are looking for a long-term opportunity and are not frequent job movers. What you’ll do: As a Move Coordinator, you’ll be the key point of contact for customers throughout their move.
