We are working with a well-established and reputable local law firm who are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive practice with a strong client base and a reputation for delivering high-quality legal services.
The Role:
- Advising both employers and employees on a wide range of employment law matters
- Handling contentious and non-contentious employment cases
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
- Representing clients in Employment Tribunals where required
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through clear, commercial advice
The Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified Solicitor with experience in employment law (NQ–5 PQE, though all levels considered)
