This means we can offer the ultimate trade experience delivering Volkswagen Group Genuine Parts to our customers daily. Every TPS Centre's extensive parts stock is maintained by the Volkswagen Group and is dedicated to the needs of our local trade customers. Key Responsibilities
- Inbound and outbound call handling.
- Take cash and credit card transactions.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Use strong communication skills.
- Apply good IT skills to provide product knowledge and advice to customers.
- Maintain accurate paperwork for centre and customer records.
- Efficiently process customer orders.
- Contribute to the delivery of sales targets.
Training & Apprenticeship
We offer a fully rounded apprenticeship program that includes:
- Virtual classroom remote learning.
- Face-to-face block release weeks at our state-of-the-art training centre.
- Travel to the Volkswagen Group National Learning Centre in Milton Keynes, with all costs covered (travel, accommodation, meals).
- Mentor support in the workplace.
- Outward Bound personal development week.
Upon successful completion of the 17-month programme you will receive:
- Level 2 Retailer Standard.
- Brand-specific certifications.
- Scotland / Wales / Northern Ireland qualifications: Level 2 / Level 5 Customer Service Apprenticeship.
Qualifications
GCSE grades 9-3 (A-D) or equivalent in English, Maths and one other subject. In Scotland, applicants must have or be predicted to achieve Scottish National 5 Grades A-D or above in English, Maths and either a Science or Technical subject. Equivalent grades include: BTEC first diplomas and certificates, OCR Nationals, Key Skills Level 2 NVQs, Essential Skills (Wales), Functional Skills Level 2, Core Skills (Scotland).
