Technical Systems AdministratorTPP is a world‐leader in Digital Health, delivering technology that connects patients, clinicians and hospitals. For over twenty years we have been applying the most advanced technology to provide a safe and secure environment for healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage, maintain and upgrade enterprise server and storage hardware.

Provide internal support for office hardware (PCs, laptops, mobile devices across Windows, iOS, macOS and Android).

Conduct vulnerability management using scanning tools such as Nessus.

Remediate and automate software rollout using Ninite/PDQ.

Configure and monitor anti‐virus software and mobile device management.

Configure, patch and upgrade firewalls and switches.

Achieve recognised cyber‐security accreditation.

Manage video conferencing and enterprise‐level phone systems.

Monitor and manage resource availability and scalability (CPU usage, disk usage, storage, network troubleshooting).

Continuously improve and align IT resources with business needs.

Configure and test new hardware and software technologies.

Resolve problems and issues with computer and server systems.

Travel internationally to audit data centres, oversee upgrades and verify network and hardware suitability.

Qualifications

Achieved / Predicted 2:1 or above in a degree of any discipline.

1 year working in a 2nd line IT support role.

Passion for exploring the latest software and hardware technologies.

Salary and BenefitsWe will give you an excellent starting salary of £45,000 with outstanding annual pay reviews. Your salary will increase rapidly during your time at the company.
