We are looking for Casual Trainers to deliver First Aid at Work and Fire Marshal training in the Leicester area. As a Casual Trainer, you will deliver engaging, high-quality training sessions to professionals from various industries, including healthcare, utilities, and public services. More than just teaching skills, you’ll be empowering people to make a difference in their workplaces and communities.
- Deliver First Aid at Work (1-day courses) and Fire Marshal training (half-day courses) using a structured curriculum.
- Create an interactive and engaging learning environment with hands-on training.
- Ensure all training meets required standards and aligns with the organisation’s training approach.
- Conduct dynamic risk assessments at training venues.
- Flexible work – No set schedule, work as little or as much as you like.
- Competitive pay – £140 per full-day / £70 per half-day.
- Paid induction & CPD – Stay up to date with the latest training (£52).
- Short-notice bonuses – Extra pay for bookings made within 72 hours (£10).
- Specialist course rates – Additional pay for delivering courses like Mental Health or Environmental Safety.
- All travel expenses covered for sessions.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Certificate in Learning and Development or equivalent (e.g. Proven experience delivering First Aid and/or Health & Safety training).
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel to training venues.
