  • Liaise with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless participant experience.
  • Support administrative, reporting and financial processes within the team.
  • Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service and respond effectively to participant and tutor queries.

About You

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Strong administration experience within a busy higher education environment, ideally within programmes teams.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent customer service skills with confidence communicating by phone, email and face to face.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently whilst contributing positively as part of a team.
  • A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to respond effectively to changing priorities.

Why Apply?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a passionate team and make an immediate impact in a varied and hands-on coordination role. You'll play a key part in ensuring participants receive a high-quality experience whilst supporting the smooth delivery of a busy programme of courses and events.
