We are seeking a talented fundraising professional to take ownership of an established Community & Events programme, delivering a portfolio of flagship challenge events and supporter-led fundraising activities that generate sustainable income and build long-term supporter engagement.

Working closely with colleagues across Fundraising, Marketing & Communications, Digital and external partners, you will lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of a varied events portfolio, ensuring fundraising targets are achieved while supporters receive outstanding stewardship throughout their journey.
- Leading the delivery of flagship challenge events and fundraising campaigns.
- Managing a diverse calendar of community and events fundraising activity.
- Recruiting and stewarding fundraising participants through a range of channels.
- Building strong relationships with supporters, volunteers, community groups and external suppliers.
- Identifying and developing new fundraising opportunities to drive growth.
- Monitoring performance, managing budgets and evaluating fundraising outcomes.
- Working collaboratively across teams to maximise fundraising and engagement opportunities.
We're looking for someone who combines strong fundraising expertise with exceptional relationship-building skills.
- Significant experience in community and events fundraising with a proven track record of achieving income growth and fundraising targets.
- Experience managing complex fundraising projects from planning through to evaluation.
- Excellent supporter stewardship and relationship management skills.
- Experience developing and promoting fundraising activities across multiple channels.
- Strong organisational, analytical and project management skills.
- Experience using supporter databases and fundraising CRM systems.
