Location: Richmond upon Thames area

Working pattern: Initial 3 days onsite training, then mainly remote

Pay rate: £18.75p/h plus holiday pay

Working Hours: Mon-Thurs (9-5.15) and Fri (9-5)

Duration: 2 months (with potential for extension)

Do you have International or medicine admissions higher education experience? Join a small dynamic team, led by the International Admissions Manager, working to process a high volume of applications from international students during the busy period.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the efficient admission of international (including EU) students to UG and PG courses.
  • Support with international admissions including document checks and use of the SMS system for international and pathway students.
  • Respond to queries regarding CAS, UKVI regulations, and Student Route visas.
  • Assist with confirmation and clearing procedures in line with UCAS guidelines, ensuring a smooth applicant experience.
About you:
  • Hands on experience with international and/or medicine admissions
  • Prior work in university admissions
