Are you an HR Advisor who has gained experience working on ER case work? We are working with a prestigious health charity. They are looking to recruit a HR Advisor. This is initially a 12-month fixed term contract position working 35 hours per week. They offer a flexible working approach with 3 days per week on site in their Sutton office with the remainder of the week working remotely.

£39,000 - £43,000 per annum

Role

You will be providing HR advice on operational services across the employee lifecycle, in line with HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide expert advice to line managers and staff on the application of policy and procedures and Employee Relations matters.
  • To support line managers with a range of complex Employee Relations case management.
  • Look to develop, review and implement HR policies, procedures, guidance documents and templates while ensuring legal compliance and best practice.
  • Provide information and give guidance on new and updated policies to line managers and staff.
  • To advise line managers on a range of change management issues, including non-renewal of fixed-term contract procedures, restructures, redeployment/redundancy procedures and TUPE transfers.
  • To assist the HR Business Partner with the delivery of HR related training, including managing your people series, probation and induction training.
  • Liaise with the training team on any outcomes of ER cases.
  • To manage the performance of the Assistant HR Adviser and HR Administrator throughout the year via regular meetings and the annual appraisal process.
