Management Accountant Hybrid working: Contract: Full-time, Permanent We're looking for a talented Management Accountant to join a leading research organisation and play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, robust controls, and meaningful financial insight. This is a great opportunity to join a finance team undergoing positive change and continuous improvement. Prepare management accounts and supporting schedules. Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies. Review financial transactions to ensure accurate analysis and coding. Support internal and external audit processes. Maintain accurate financial reporting schedules and timetables. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.
