34 hours per week Β£15.27 per hour (Β£27,000 FTE equivalent) Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week in our London office Temporary assignment until November 2026

Help deliver an exceptional experience for supporters! We're looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Supporter Care Executive to join our team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting a well-known health charity, ensuring every supporter receives excellent service and feels valued.

Working as part of a supportive team, you'll manage enquiries by phone and email, assist with donation processing and help supporters taking part in major fundraising campaigns. This is a varied, fast-paced role that offers valuable experience across fundraising operations and supporter engagement.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing a wide range of supporter enquiries by phone and email.
  • Supporting enquiries relating to fundraising campaigns and awareness activities.
  • Providing guidance on fundraising events, materials and donation processes.
  • Updating supporter records accurately and maintaining high-quality data.
  • Recording conversations and ensuring supporter information is kept up to date.
  • Assisting with donation processing, including preparing incoming donations and administering acknowledgements.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across supporter care and the wider organisation.
  • Providing additional administrative support as required.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in a supporter care, customer service, contact centre, fundraising support or similar role, with a track record of providing excellent service by phone and email.
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of enquiries and speaking with a wide range of people throughout the day. During peak periods the team collectively manages approximately 120 calls per day.
  • Experience resolving enquiries, updating records and ensuring information is accurately captured in a CRM or database system.
  • Strong administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail when processing information and maintaining records.
  • Able to balance supporter enquiries, data entry and administrative tasks while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.
