Receptionist £34,473.48 per annum | 35 hours per week | London (office-based)
Our client is seeking a professional, organised and approachable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, contractors and colleagues at their London office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing outstanding customer service while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy and welcoming workplace.
What you'll be doing
Welcoming visitors and managing reception services.
Answering and directing telephone calls professionally.
Coordinating meeting rooms, refreshments and catering.
Supporting office facilities, health & safety and site security.
Maintaining visitor records, logs and filing systems.
Providing administrative support across the wider organisation when required.
What we're looking for
Reception, switchboard or facilities experience.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Confidence using Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams and Excel.
A professional, friendly and flexible approach.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
