A respected membership organisation is seeking a Committees Secretary & Executive Assistant to provide governance support and executive assistance to its Senior Leadership Team. The position combines committee servicing, governance administration and executive support responsibilities.
Salary & Benefits
- £35,000 per annum
- 35 hours per week
- Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate committee and governance meetings, including agendas, papers and minutes
- Track actions and maintain governance documentation
- Support governance processes, AGMs and elections
- Provide diary and meeting management support to senior leaders
- Prepare reports, presentations and briefing papers
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work proactively
- Confident using Microsoft Office
