We are seeking a skilled and collaborative Health Safety Compliance Manager to help shape and lead our approach to health and safety, compliance. This is a newly refocused role that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact across a unique organisation that combines higher education, creativity and live performance activity.
Working closely with senior leaders, operational teams and governors, you will play a key role in embedding best practice, improving oversight and strengthening organisational assurance.
What you will be doing:
- You'll work across the organisation to provide specialist expertise, leadership and coordination in health and safety, compliance and governance activities.
- Developing and embedding consistent health and safety processes across departments.
- Improving and standardising risk assessments and risk management practices.
- Managing health and safety audits, inspections and compliance action plans.
- Maintaining and improving compliance monitoring and tracking systems.
