Job Title: Performance Business Director
Location: London or Manchester

The Role
This person will lead key accounts strategically and act as a linchpin to deliver holistic and comprehensive digital media output on behalf of our clients. This role works collaboratively with other practices within T&Pm whilst also harmoniously orchestrating the various specialist performance teams within the agency (including the Integrated Digital Activation, Performance Planning, Data & Technology and Business Intelligence).
They will be responsible for the overall direction of media initiatives across their business unit and will have a direct responsibility for meeting brands’ business objectives through adopting a performance mindset and instilling this behaviour across the whole team, across all clients who will sit within their business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Owner and lead of digital media strategy across allocated business unit
- Accountable for planning and activation of all digital media.
- Oversee day-to-day performance ensuring business and marketing objectives are hit and clearly reported on
- Collaborate to integrate performance, audience management and the overall KPI framework
- Work with the channel leads and digital activation specialists to deliver performance roadmaps, testing frameworks and plans delivering to client KPIs whilst ensuring that insight is at the centre of all planning and delivery
- Accurately forecast across integrated, multi-channel campaigns with focus on meeting client KPIs and targets
- Support accurate and timely billing
Skills and Experience
- A proven record of successfully managing and delivering against challenging digital KPIs
- Experience in managing and developing a team of digital specialists
- Proven success in managing multi-stakeholder clients
- Deep knowledge of landscape, technology and operations of digital media
