Helping an investor in their PRS portfolio, you will take ownership of H&S operations and strategy across the portfolio, based in the offices in Working.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the organisation’s Health & Safety compliance programme.
- Develop, implement, and maintain H&S management systems, policies, and procedures.
- Advise and support senior management and operational teams on all H&S matters.
- Monitor compliance across property assets to meet legislative and industry standards.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and investigations, embedding lessons learned.
- Prepare and present reports on H&S performance and risks to senior stakeholders.
- Promote a positive safety culture and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure employee H&S training is up-to-date and compliant.
- Deliver incident management reporting and root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions.
To Be Considered You Will Have
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)
- Certified Membership of IOSH (or equivalent)
- Significant H&S experience within district energy, utilities, facilities management, or residential property sectors.
- Proven ability to develop and implement H&S management systems and compliance frameworks.
- Strong track record of providing competent advice to senior management.
- Experience managing H&S projects from scoping through to completion.
- Ability to undertake incident investigations and service audits.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK health & safety and property compliance requirements.
