Great opportunity to join a growing established property consultancy. The Senior Commercial Valuation Surveyor will be responsible for undertaking commercial valuations, allocated a region.

We are keen to speak with experienced Commercial Valuation Surveyors who are looking for a home-based role/ hybrid role. You will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking a wide range of commercial valuations across commercial asset classes.
  • Carrying out property inspections.
  • Managing instructions from initial quote through to final report delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Producing Red Book valuations for a variety of purposes (including lending, loan security, asset management, and acquisitions).
  • Analysing market data and evidence to support valuation conclusions.

To be considered you WILL:

  • Be MRICS/ FRICS qualified and a RICS Registered Valuer.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial valuation.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of your local market and valuation methodologies.
  • Be able to manage your own workload independently while maintaining high standards.
  • Have strong reporting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel regionally.
