You will be responsible for leading a large residential and mixed-use portfolio, ensuring high standards of service delivery, compliance, and team performance. This is a leadership role where you will have oversight of building safety, client relationships, and operational strategy across a diverse portfolio.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the block and estate management function, setting strategy and service standards.
- Overseeing residential portfolios to ensure delivery in line with legislation, SLAs, and best practice.
- Managing building safety compliance (including fire risk, cladding remediation, and regulatory requirements).
- Leading client meetings including AGMs, board meetings, and site visits.
- Overseeing service charge budgets, financial reporting, and major works programmes.
- Driving operational improvements, systems, and processes across the team.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Property Managers.
- Supporting business growth, onboarding of new developments, and strategic initiatives.
To be considered you WILL:
- Have significant experience in block/ estate/ property management.
- Possess strong knowledge of relevant legislation (Landlord & Tenant Act, Building Safety Act, RICS Code).
- Have experience managing complex residential portfolios and stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrate exposure to building safety and major works programmes (e.g. cladding or fire safety).
- Be commercially aware with strong financial and operational understanding.
- Have excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Preferably hold MRICS, FRICS, TPI, IRPM or equivalent professional qualification.
- Ideally have IOSH/ NEBOSH certification.
