TPL Talent Solutions is supporting a specialist property consultancy to identify a Senior Surveyor (Utilities). The company provides endâtoâend support in maximising value from development assets. With deep expertise across CPOs, DCOs, easements, wayleaves, infrastructure projects, land referencing and public inquiries, they advise clients on complex, largeâscale developments.
This hybrid role will involve:
- Leading landowner consultations and advising clients on all aspects of Development Consent Orders for Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects.
- Overseeing and drafting all landârelated documentation required for DCO preparation and implementation.
- Advising on the promotion and execution of Compulsory Purchase Powers.
- Negotiating with landowners and conducting consultations throughout the process.
- Preparing valuations, compensation claims and negotiating settlements/agreements.
- Supporting landowners affected by compulsory purchase (objections, petitions, compensation).
To be considered you will:
- Preferably be MRICS Qualified.
- Have development experience.
- Hold strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage effectively with landowners, stakeholders and project partners.
- Have the ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain highâquality reporting.
- Relish a collaborative approach and confidence working within multidisciplinary environments.
